Avoid the food
Read all labels
Make diary of foods eaten and any reactions
Get GP to refer to Pediatrics. Not all rashes food reactions some are viral
Give Piriton if able to swallow it and attend AE [until sorted out by Ped Clinic]
If breathing difficulty going blue appearing to collapse call 999
Anaphylaxis is immediate
